Access to the library of training content available through KnowBe4 is provided through IT. For access to review this content, submit a case to Information Technology in ask.butler.edu.
How to access the "ModStore" (KnowBe4's training content library):
- Navigate in your web browser to knowbe4.butler.edu.
- Sign in with your Butler credentials.
- Once access to the modstore is provided to you by IT, you may see 2 different home pages after signing in.
- If you are viewing your "Dashboard", follow these steps to access the Modstore:
- Click on the drop down menu attached to your name in the top right corner.
- Click Return to Console.
- If you are seeing the Modstore and would like to view your training dashboard:
- Click on the drop down menu attached to your name in the top right corner.
- Click My Training.
Items to Note:
- When accessing the ModStore, you will want to filter content to only show items available to Butler through our current subscription.
- Click the "Subscription Level" drop down menu. Anything with the orange star next it is what is available for Butler use.
- You have the abilty to preview all content in our current subscription by clicking on the video, and selecting the View option.
- Adding the content "to the library" allows IT to send the content out for training through KnowBe4, but standard users will not have access to this library. This step is not required when reviewing content by the reviewing user and can be done if a case is submitted for IT to create a training campaign.
- The "Download" option will allow a review to download versions of the training content for uploading to Canvas. Specific versions that are compatible with Canvas*:
