How do I Sign into RingCentral?

Ways to Access RingCentral

Users can access the RingCentral app on a computer, mobile device, or via the web.

Signing into RingCentral app for desktop and mobile:

1. Open the RingCentral app on your computer or mobile device.
2. Click or tap Sign in.
3. Click on the Single Sign-on button.
4. Enter your Butler email address.
5. Click Submit. 
6. Enter your Butler email address and password. Click Log In. 
7. Click or tap Sign in. 
8. You may be asked if you want to open RingCentral. If so, click Open.

Signing into RingCentral app on the web:

1. Go to app.ringcentral.com.
2. Click Sign in.
3. Click on the Single Sign-on button.
4. Enter your Butler email address.
5. Click Submit. 
6. Enter your Butler email address and password. Click Log In. 

Note: If this is your first time signing in, you’ll be prompted to select the country calling code assigned to your phone line and to add your emergency address.
