Navigate to the Panopto video.
Select
Share
.
Under
Who Can Access This Video
, select the blue
Change
link.
Select
Public (unlisted).
This setting means the video is shareable with anyone but the video is unlisted and unbrowsable.
Changes save automatically after selecting a new the permission.
Select the
Copy Link
button from the bottom of the window. Share this link with the non-Butler person.
