How do I set up a Canvas quiz for students to demonstrate a skill in another software? (Instructors)

1. First create a quiz; both Classic Quizzes and New Quizzes contain the File Upload question type.

2. After creating the quiz, add a new question and set the type to “File Upload.”

3. In the question details or question stem box, add the question prompt. If your students need a template file, you can insert a file here for your students to download.

4. Set the point value and save the question.
