Resolution Description

To message students through PeopleSoft Campus Solutions:

  1. Log in to my.butler.edu.
  2. Click on PS Campus Solutions.
  3. Select Faculty Center.
  4. Select Instructor quick links.
  5. View your Class Roster.
  6. Scroll to the bottom of your class roster and select Notify All Students.
  7. Enter your Subject and Message Text. Then click Send Notification

 

To message students through Canvas:

  1. First, publish your Canvas course.
  2. Then create an announcement in your course. When you save the announcement, a notification will be sent to your students.
