Share the Zoom Meeting Invitation with the Guest Speaker

After scheduling and saving the meeting, the meeting details page will load. 

1. Select the Copy the invitation link.
2. Select Copy Meeting Invitation.
3. Open a new email message and paste the copied invitation. Send the email to your guest speaker.

 

A Warning about Requiring Authentication

If under the Meeting Options, you select Only authenticated users can join and select Authenticated Butler Users Only, your guest speaker will not be able to join the class Zoom meeting. Ensure this setting is unchecked to allow your guest speaker into the meeting.
