Inserting Videos in Canvas (Desktop Viewing)
- From your Canvas course, select Panopto Recordings in your Course Navigation.
- Hover your cursor over the title of the Panopto video with the embedded YouTube video. This will display additional video settings.
- Select Share.
- Copy the text in the Link field; highlight the text, right-click, and select Copy.
- Select Modules in your Canvas Course Navigation.
- Select the + button in the Module where you want to add the video.
- Select External URL from the drop-down.
- Paste the copied link into the URL field; right-click in the URL field and select Paste.
- Enter the name of the video in the Page Name field.
- Select the Add Item button.
