Note: the Xfinity On Campus service is only available to students, faculty, and staff who reside on campus (in a residence hall, apartment, or Greek house).
Users can upgrade their Xfinity On Campus service at any time:

Go to xfinityoncampus.com.

Click on the Premium Video tab.

Make your selection.

You will be prompted to enter your credit card information for the monthly recurring charge for service. Users can cancel this service at any time.
The billing cycle begins on the day the service is added. If purchasing more than one subscription, both will be synced and aligned to bill on the same day together.
