How long does an Out-of-Office (OOO) Message Stay Active after Retiring or Leaving Butler?
Resolution Description
If you are retiring or leaving Butler University, your Out-of-Office (OOO) message will remain active on your email account for six months following your departure.
After six months, your Butler account will be deleted, and at that point, your (OOO) message will no longer function. After the account is deleted, all automated replies, including the (OOO) message, will be disabled.
