Resolution Description


How to run a report of meeting participants:
  1. Log in to zoom.butler.edu
  2. In the navigation sidebar, select Reports.
  3. Select Usage
  4. Use the date pickers to select the meeting date range desired, then select Search.
  5. When you have found the desired meeting, select the number in the Participants column.
  6. Zoom will display the name of each participant in the meeting selected, along with the times they joined and left the meeting.
    • A user may export the list of meeting participants as a .csv file for their records.
Notes: 
  • The .csv file will include each participant's name, as they entered it when they joined the meeting. A user can also see the times each participant joined and left the meeting, and the duration of the meeting (in minutes) for each participant.
  • Users who disconnect or leave and return to the meeting may show multiple entries listed.

How to run a report of Registration results OR Poll results:
  1. Log in to Zoom.
  2. In the navigation sidebar, select Reports.
  3. Select Meeting or Webinar.
    • Note: A user may not see the Webinar option as Webinar reports are only available to a user that has the Webinar license assigned to them.
  4. For Report Type, select either Registration Report OR Poll Report.
  5. Select to search either on a time range OR meeting ID.
  6. Enter a date range if user has selected to search by time range.
  7. Click Search.
  8. Select Generate to the right of the meeting you wish to get Registration results OR Poll results for. The Report Queue opens with all generated results.
  9. Select Download to download the Registration OR Poll results to a .csv file.
