"Hold for Authentication" Message when Submitting Print Jobs to the BU_PrintRelease Printer on a Mac

To Resolve the "Hold for Authentication" Error

1. Click the Spotlight Search in the Top Right Corner of the Mac desktop
2. Type: Keychain and the Keychain Access Application will appear as a search result, click on the Keychain Access search result
3. Make sure Login is selected in the left column, and use the Search Box in the Top right corner of the Keychain Access and type: BU_PrintRelease
4. Select the BU_PrintRelease network password and press the delete key on your keyboard
5. In the Are you Sure you want to delete "bu_printrelease"? window click the Delete button
6. Submit a new Print job and you will be prompted to enter a name and password. Make sure it is your Butler username and Password (not your Mac username and Password) and check the Remember this password in my keychain and click OK
7. You print jobs should appear to be released when scanning the QR code on printers.
