To email a channel in Microsoft Teams, you must first acquire the email address. Follow these steps to acquire the email address for the desired channel:

Click the ellipses next to the channel

Click Get email address

A popup will show the email address for that channel

The email address will be a string of letters and numbers that can be copied then pasted into a new message to the channel, added to your contacts, or used in any way that you want
At this point, you have two options:
1-Send an email to the channel’s email address with the desired files attached
2-Have the channel’s email address added to the Sharp or Kyocera Multi-Function Printer that you use.
To have the channel’s email address added to your printer locally, submit a case to IT (via ask.butler.edu or by emailing helpdesk@butler.edu). Be sure to include the printer queue name (IL_Annex_S), the exact email address to be entered and a name to be used in the address book.
