In Ring Central, fax messages sent to departmental fax numbers are no longer printed on Sharp copiers. Instead, departmental fax messages will be delivered to designated departmental email addresses as an attachment. Individual users can send and receive faxes from their RingCentral accounts.

Please note that outgoing faxes are not sent from departmental fax numbers; departmental fax numbers receive incoming fax messages only.
