When you add a guest (non-Butler user) to a Microsoft Team, the guest account has permission to do the following:
Team Owner Control:Navigate to "Manage Team>Settings>Guest Permissions" then toggle your preference.
- Allow guests to create and update channels
- Allow guests to delete channels
Butler University environment settings:The following settings are set for all Butler University Teams:
Calling:
- Make private calls is turned off

- Edit sent messages
- Delete sent messages
