Physical phones for the Ring Central system are only provided in spaces which are considered general use spaces, and where the same line is answered by multiple people without a RingCentral account (e.g., student employees).
Physical RingCentral phones can be purchased from IT at a cost of $200 to your department. Authorization along with departmental charge code from the budget manager is required.
If you have a need for a phone in a space as described above, submit a case to Information Technology.
